Welcome to the Glo
Gloria Neal is an award winning on-air talent whose versatility has made her a much sought after personality in the Denver Metro area. For several years, Gloria was the afternoon news anchor for News radio 850 KOA in Denver. However, in April of last year, Gloria embarked upon a new challenge--going from the AM side of radio to the FM side as the co-host of Jammin 92.5. Gloria joined the Denver Radio Company to continue her broadcasting career as the host of the morning show on the recently former Sassy 107.1 FM. Currently, she is the only African American female who has been a solo host on morning drive radio in Denver.

"Gloria Neal has been a fixture on Denver’s media scene for more than a decade. Now she brings her unique insight to Denver Magazine.
If the phrase “Honey Hush” has ever popped up in your daily dialogue, then you need no introduction to Gloria Neal. This wildly popular television and radio personality and writer has been offering Denver audiences her take on everything from international politics to the entertainment industry to the secrets women keep from their mates. And starting next month, Denver Magazine is pleased to present “Glo Knows” a monthly column on the world at large and our place in it.
Neal is the consummate observer, and that trait combines with an innate curiosity to make for some lively and interesting discourse. Glo studies people every day. “Just because I talk for a living doesn’t mean I don’t listen. My travels all around the world have afforded me a variety of perspectives, and it is because of those perspectives that I can relate to everyday people of every color,” she says. “I don’t think people want perfect. I believe people want real. I struggle with life and life events just like everyone else, but I am a glass-half-full girl! Plus, I’m willing to say what other people are thinking.”
